How long does my order take to ship?

Please allow 3-14 business days for orders to arrive at their destination.

We will send your product out within 7 business days, but will strive to get your order out as soon as possible.

After your product is shipped, it will get to you within 7 days, but we will select the fastest option.

Do you offer international shipping? 

At this moment, we unfortunately only ship within Canada.

Can I pick up my order? 

Yes! Just choose the pick-up option at check out. When your order is ready for pick-up, we will email you to arrange pick-up. The pick-up location is in St. Catharines, Ontario.

What is your return policy? 

Products are non-refundable.

In the event your product arrives damaged or we make a mistake, we will replace the product after we receive photo proof.
